Ethan Dobinson

Physiotherapist

Ethan completed his BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science at Liverpool John Moores University in 2022 and MSc (pre-reg) Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham in 2024.

He has extensive experience across musculoskeletal and neurological conditions owing to clinical placements in NHS hospitals across these two areas as well as over 6 years of studies that have allowed him to develop an extensive array of techniques allowing for effective rehabilitation of injuries across all ages and physical capability.

In addition to his two degrees, he has extended his knowledge by completing courses in sports massage and sports taping which further his ability to treat people involved in a sporting population.

He is extremely interested in manual therapy techniques as well as exercise prescription to ensure that all his patients return to their pre-injury baseline level of activity.

Ethan has worked previously in the GHA as a physiotherapy assistant during summer breaks from university and with the University of Birmingham Women’s hockey team as a pitchside first aider.

He also works with the Gibraltar Football Association across age groups from under-14 to under-19. This experience allows him to make accurate diagnoses of injuries across a wide range of sports and enhances his ability to work effectively with younger athletes.
