A well-person check is a routine check up that we should all have at least once a year. It provides you with a snap shot of your general health and an assessment of your concerns and any individual risk factors.

What does it consist of?

They will take you a history from you, conduct a general physical examination and together you will agree what further tests are required.​

Baseline blood tests, BMI, and ECG will then be carried out by the nurse.​

Other tests that might be specific to you, such as certain types of imaging will be scheduled depending on what you have agreed with your doctor.​
