Sarah´s interest in psychology began at a very young age and she began to study psychology at the age of 16. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and then went on to study Counselling and Psychotherapy at post-graduate level. During this time, Sarah conducted a psychological study on sexuality in the context of conservative backgrounds. She then began a Clinical Doctorate in Psychology at the prestigious Existential Academy in London where she studied under theoretical figure heads, world renown psychologists and professors. Sarah has specialized in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as Existential Psychotherapy and is currently conducting an international study liaising with Middlesex University. She joined the team at Hallin Mental Care in 2018 and has extensive experience in working with anxiety disorders, depression, psychopathology, life transitions and personality disorders. Sarah provides individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and family work in both English and Spanish.
